Possible Feature Request - Faster Decay on Env's

PS-3300 is an exactingly faithful virtual analog emulation of the massive semi-modular analog polyphonic synthesizer released by Korg in 1977.

Possible Feature Request - Faster Decay on Env's

Post by aboringmonster »

Howdy Yall,

Was working with the PS-3300 plug and I noticed the decay on the Env's only go to .32 seconds of decay according to a sample I took in Renoise. I was wondering if there was a way to shorten the decay or is a type of being true to the OG thing? Ive never used a PS-3300 so Im all like "wat do?".

Anyways - big fan! Cheers yall!

Hi,

I'm told that you can lower the envelope sustain to achieve this. If the envelope sustain is at 50%, then the decay will be half as long.

Apparently that's also the way they did it on the original hardware.
