How to MIDI program change beyond 128

How can I select a preset in the All Presets list with number larger than 127 (E.g. Thin Pulse),
or, how can I change to another Bank through MIDI program changes/other MIDI commands.

Not sure if bank switching has been added to CA's products.

Bank switching has not been added at this point.
