Some updates to N-Step.
N-Step Main build #139:
* Fixed spurious EOC trigger output on patch initialization.
* The right-most gate/trigger output now always drops to zero when the sequencer is stopped.
New version of N-Step Remote build #3:
* Now has an EOC IN socket and the option of automatically stopping after N EOC triggers have been received.
* Input sockets for play, stop and reset so that the remote itself can be remotely controlled.
